Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
